The MB-18 is an 18″ dual-l ex gooseneck intended to support the Astatic 1600VP microphone system.The MB-18 is designed to it on a quick-mount type XLRF-type connector mounted in a table or shock mount. The dual-flex gooseneck features a diameter of 8mm on the bottom and 6mm on the top forexact positioning and low visibility.The MB-18 is terminated with a TA3F-type connector which mates with the microphone head of the Astatic 1600VP microphone system. The opposite end of the gooseneck is fitted with a XLRM-type connector to be used for mounting the gooseneck to abase, shock mount or chassis type connector.RF Resistant Architecture provides greatly reduced susceptibility to radio interference from GSM based cell phones/smart phones,two-way walkie-talkies and similar communication devices.
